Austin stayed with us for nearly a year while we took forever deciding what we really wanted in a new home. (He sold ours in 2 weeks!) His guidance meant the world to us, and his level of service is amazing - Austin came out AFTER we had signed the papers on our new home to investigate a leak. I can't imagine going through the process of buying/selling a home with anyone else!

Austin helped me enthusiastically throughout the process of selling my home in Plymouth Mn and buying a townhouse in Savage Mn I am elderly and found the idea of selling and moving to a place more suited to my needs, to be almost overwhelming. Austin worked hard to make sure we made each step and he worked out any problems that came up. Obviously very experienced and knowledgeable. Austin Eaton and Katelin Morton were fantastic to work with! They were very flexible and available to show us all of the houses we wanted to see (which was a lot) in Apple Valley, Lakeville, Eagan, Savage, Burnsville, Farmington, and Shakopee. They were very knowledgeable about all aspects of houses and the home buying process and we learned a lot from them. We fully trusted their ability to help us find our dream home! We are very happy with the house we bought and we couldn’t have done it without them! They made the whole process very smooth for us! Becca Lewis and the team were also very responsive in answering our many questions throughout the process! We really appreciate the whole team and can definitely see their passion for what they do!
