When life throws you lemons, call The Eaton Group! We could tell when we first met Austin that he was personable, knowledgeable, and honest. He has a lot of connections, and it’s easy to see why. He really values connections and wants to be a go-to person even after closing. He’s not there to just make another sale, he really wants you to find the right home for you. If something didn’t seem right to him, he’d be transparent about it. While it was not our intent to buy as soon as we did, he found a house that checked many of our boxes, so we figured, it doesn’t hurt to put in an offer. Much to our surprise, the offer was accepted, and Austin worked diligently to put the offer together and communicate between parties. As a second-time homebuyer, I also had a townhouse to sell. Austin is persnickety about staging, probably more than most (he admits it), but he knows how to sell a house in just a short amount of time. We followed his advice every step of the way, and we accepted an offer in 16 days. Through Austin’s guidance, the process went smoothly and exactly according to plan. …..well, not quite. One day before we were scheduled to close on both properties, we received the news that our buyer lost his job that week. We proposed an extension to give him time to secure a job and provide a written job offer to his lender, but the sellers on our new house weren’t able to commit to that, giving us a tighter deadline. If there was nothing by then, they were out. We were pretty distraught by the knowledge that we would probably lose the home we loved so much. And as distraught as Austin also was (seriously, the empathy of that guy!), he wasn’t just going to give up. Giving up is not a part of his vocabulary. The very next day, he put us in contact with his preferred lender to explore solutions to save the deal on our new house. Within just a few days, we were approved for a special cash purchase program that saved the deal. We were able to move in about 2 weeks after we initially thought we would thanks to the program…..but what about the buyer? Well, the buyer ended up backing out, forcing us to re-list the townhome. Austin put in the same amount of time and energy marketing the townhouse as he did the first time around. Apparently word got out enough that we had 3 showings scheduled on the day it went back on the market. The next day, we received a cash offer. You might be asking, well geez, what else can this guy do? He can negotiate, and he enjoys it. When our new buyer wanted repairs done noted in the inspection and asked us to pay for it, I was ready to just put my hands up and say sure. Does Austin do that? No, he does not do that. He was able to get us to pay about $1500 less than originally expected. Oh yeah, he’s good. Happy ending, we have now closed on both properties. I don’t know if we would’ve reached this happy ending with anyone else. He is absolutely your biggest advocate and will not rest until you get the best deal and house possible. ….but I would be remiss to not mention his colleague, Becca. Becca is also a realtor, while also handling all the behind-the-scenes administrative work (get that girl her Starbucks iced coffee!). She really keeps everything moving, and she held on TIGHT for the rollercoaster that was this transaction. She’s responsive, thorough, efficient, and friendly as can be. She’s the one who made sure we weren’t paying twice for the resale disclosure on the townhouse! She’s one step ahead every time and is equally as much of your advocate. If Austin and Becca were Batman and Robin, they’d both be Batman. And don’t you want to buy a house with 2 Batmans on your side? Of course you do.

Austin stayed with us for nearly a year while we took forever deciding what we really wanted in a new home. (He sold ours in 2 weeks!) His guidance meant the world to us, and his level of service is amazing - Austin came out AFTER we had signed the papers on our new home to investigate a leak. I can't imagine going through the process of buying/selling a home with anyone else!

Austin helped me enthusiastically throughout the process of selling my home in Plymouth Mn and buying a townhouse in Savage Mn I am elderly and found the idea of selling and moving to a place more suited to my needs, to be almost overwhelming. Austin worked hard to make sure we made each step and he worked out any problems that came up. Obviously very experienced and knowledgeable. He definitely won my trust due to his integrity and organization.

Austin Eaton and Katelin Morton were fantastic to work with! They were very flexible and available to show us all of the houses we wanted to see (which was a lot) in Apple Valley, Lakeville, Eagan, Savage, Burnsville, Farmington, and Shakopee. They were very knowledgeable about all aspects of houses and the home buying process and we learned a lot from them. We fully trusted their ability to help us find our dream home! We are very happy with the house we bought and we couldn’t have done it without them! They made the whole process very smooth for us! Becca Lewis and the team were also very responsive in answering our many questions throughout the process! We really appreciate the whole team and can definitely see their passion for what they do!
