(He sold ours in 2 weeks!) His guidance meant the world to us, and his level of service is amazing - Austin came out AFTER we had signed the papers on our new home to investigate a leak. I can't imagine going through the process of buying/selling a home with anyone else!
They were very flexible and available to show us all of the houses we wanted to see (which was a lot) in Apple Valley, Lakeville, Eagan, Savage, Burnsville, Farmington, and Shakopee. They were very knowledgeable about all aspects of houses and the home buying process and we learned a lot from them. We fully trusted their ability to help us find our dream home! We are very happy with the house we bought and we couldn’t have done it without them! They made the whole process very smooth for us! Becca Lewis and the team were also very responsive in answering our many questions throughout the process! We really appreciate the whole team and can definitely see their passion for what they do!
Thanks Team Eaton Group
He was highly recommended by my brother and he didn’t disappoint. Deeply knowledgeable about the ins and outs of buying a home and also a great resource for so many other aspects of housing and construction. Thanks Autin!!!
From start to finish, Austin and his team kept us on track with consistent communication and follow-ups. He was up front and honest about what it would take to get the sale price we desired, and when searching for our next home, it was clear that he was truly looking out for our best interest, pointing things out that we (with less experience) could have easily missed. Plus, I think he knows everyone in the United States. Need a mortgage lender? He knows a guy. Carpet replacement? He knows someone for that, too. Buying and selling a home is stressful enough as it is - Austin and his team make it easy.
It's rare to encounter an agent who operates with such professionalism and proactive communication, and Austin truly stands out. From the start, Austin went above and beyond. Before accepting my clients' offer, he contacted me to thoroughly vet their finances and confirm their pre-approval. This proactive step is crucial and something many agents overlook. I especially appreciated his early morning call around 8 AM on a Friday. As a self-employed individual, a real estate agent sets their own hours, and it's common for loan officers like myself to struggle to reach agents until later in the morning. Austin's promptness was a refreshing change. Our conversation was not only professional and polished but also easygoing and enjoyable. Once the offer was accepted, Austin quickly secured the signed purchase agreement and distributed it to all parties, avoiding potential delays that can arise when agents aren't on top of these details. Throughout the transaction, he consistently checked in on my buyers' file, ensuring his sellers wouldn't face any last-minute surprises. When a minor curveball did arise, Austin handled it with remarkable ease, demonstrating a calm and collected approach rather than escalating the situation. It was genuinely a pleasure working with Austin. His elite level of service is a breath of fresh air in the industry. As a loan officer who collaborates with hundreds of real estate agents annually, I can confidently say that Austin is a 10/10 recommendation for any prospective home buyers or sellers.
From start to finish, Austin and his team made the process smooth, stress-free, and downright enjoyable. He was always available to answer questions, kept us updated every step of the way, and truly cared about helping us find the perfect home. His technical expertise was invaluable too, showing us what to look for to ensure the house was structurally sound and wouldn’t require major repairs. We’re thrilled to recommend Austin Eaton and his team—they definitely get a 5-star rating from us!
We could tell when we first met Austin that he was personable, knowledgeable, and honest. He has a lot of connections, and it’s easy to see why. He really values connections and wants to be a go-to person even after closing. He’s not there to just make another sale, he really wants you to find the right home for you. If something didn’t seem right to him, he’d be transparent about it. While it was not our intent to buy as soon as we did, he found a house that checked many of our boxes, so we figured, it doesn’t hurt to put in an offer. Much to our surprise, the offer was accepted, and Austin worked diligently to put the offer together and communicate between parties. As a second-time homebuyer, I also had a townhouse to sell. Austin is persnickety about staging, probably more than most (he admits it), but he knows how to sell a house in just a short amount of time. We followed his advice every step of the way, and we accepted an offer in 16 days. Through Austin’s guidance, the process went smoothly and exactly according to plan. …..well, not quite. One day before we were scheduled to close on both properties, we received the news that our buyer lost his job that week. We proposed an extension to give him time to secure a job and provide a written job offer to his lender, but the sellers on our new house weren’t able to commit to that, giving us a tighter deadline. If there was nothing by then, they were out. We were pretty distraught by the knowledge that we would probably lose the home we loved so much. And as distraught as Austin also was (seriously, the empathy of that guy!), he wasn’t just going to give up. Giving up is not a part of his vocabulary. The very next day, he put us in contact with his preferred lender to explore solutions to save the deal on our new house. Within just a few days, we were approved for a special cash purchase program that saved the deal. We were able to move in about 2 weeks after we initially thought we would thanks to the program…..but what about the buyer? Well, the buyer ended up backing out, forcing us to re-list the townhome. Austin put in the same amount of time and energy marketing the townhouse as he did the first time around. Apparently word got out enough that we had 3 showings scheduled on the day it went back on the market. The next day, we received a cash offer. You might be asking, well geez, what else can this guy do? He can negotiate, and he enjoys it. When our new buyer wanted repairs done noted in the inspection and asked us to pay for it, I was ready to just put my hands up and say sure. Does Austin do that? No, he does not do that. He was able to get us to pay about $1500 less than originally expected. Oh yeah, he’s good. Happy ending, we have now closed on both properties. I don’t know if we would’ve reached this happy ending with anyone else. He is absolutely your biggest advocate and will not rest until you get the best deal and house possible. ….but I would be remiss to not mention his colleague, Becca. Becca is also a realtor, while also handling all the behind-the-scenes administrative work (get that girl her Starbucks iced coffee!). She really keeps everything moving, and she held on TIGHT for the rollercoaster that was this transaction. She’s responsive, thorough, efficient, and friendly as can be. She’s the one who made sure we weren’t paying twice for the resale disclosure on the townhouse! She’s one step ahead every time and is equally as much of your advocate. If Austin and Becca were Batman and Robin, they’d both be Batman. And don’t you want to buy a house with 2 Batmans on your side? Of course you do.
They helped us on two separate transactions with several complexities. I would highly recommend them for any real estate needs.
They were there with us every step of the way. Communication and collaboration were fantastic.

He’s extremely knowledgeable and answers all my questions promptly. My only regret is that I wish I found him sooner. Thanks, Austin!
I highly recommend all of their services. Mike and I worked most closely together. Here are just some of the many highlights of working with them: * Mike’s communication was prompt, frequent, and my questions were often answered before I asked them. * Mike was unrelenting in finding a place that was perfect for me. Mike was much more interested in finding a place that was just right for me rather than making a quick sale. For example, during home showings he would be brutally honest about things I may not want or like. He never ever pushed me to settle or make decisions quickly. * To prepare for the sale of my home, Mike de-iced the sidewalk for showings. He called contractors or workers to line up a few repairs. He moved heavy items for me. * It was very apparent that ethics and good business practice are a priority for Mike. This was demonstrated by his attention to correct process and procedure. He was always transparent. * Mike was never in a hurry. He spent a lot of time getting to know me and is a great conversationalist. I enjoy his sense of humor! Honestly, I am going to miss talking with him! * Austin was very upbeat and encouraging. I always had confidence in his advice. * Becca was always timely with her email communication. Her communication was clear and concise. I highly recommend Mike McNeely and the Eaton Group. You will not be disappointed. They have exceeded my expectations!
Every step of the way was seamless and better than I expected. From the opening conversation to the final closing was a smooth and easy ride in what can be a stressful experience. Thanks again to Ace, Becka and the entire Real Team!
